Savi & Vinu should sue Nagpur police, Indian aviation security or the agency who is responsible for taking care of highjacking of plane. Nagpur police commissioner should personally take their financial responsibility. He failed as in charge of mission. They should have made sure all terrorists are accounted for, have a bomb squad ready to diffuse bomb & police who entered plane after releasing passengers should have stayed back to secure the plane
