but Sai ke toh eggs hi nahi the savi was a miracle child born of one last egg .. Dr Sai knew of her depleting eggs .. unless she got it freezed like Priyanka Chopra .. oh yes she did but some mishap happened and one was saved jisse vinayak concieve Ho gaya .. one was in her tummy jisse savi Ho gayi ab after 7-8 years kuch Naya thodi hoga ..

As we have learnt in biology .. a female is born with limited set of eggs by birth .. it is not recreated after years .. that’s why they call it biological clock is ticking ..
