The point is they did keep her above their chirag but guess what, it didn't do them any good( according to them obviously).

Had it been Virat in place of Sattu today, he would have reached the ex's place, dragged and thrashed him... Remember Ajinkya, Satya? Yaha atleast sattu showed his disappointment just by tearing of tickets, still getting equated to P didi, why not to Sai when she was in a deal marriage with V? P didi was bhabhi then, Sattu was husband, the way Sai was disappointed then for V not saying no to P's suggestion of sharing luggage, same thing is here that sattu is disappointed with Sai in giving justifications and involving ex in their personal matters, the same ex who didn't once think of her when he himself went on HM with bhabhi and claimed savi to be fatherless in dhaba scene on their way back, knowing he is there. I even understood his hurt when Sai violently turned down on his emotions when he wished her anniversary. Their relationship had taken a leap and Sai's reaction was so out of place.

But since the surrogacy track i could never ever relate to this monster. And I find it appalling whenever anyone would come up to justify his actions.

Most of her dialogues were like tum Sai ke saath aisa kaise kar sakte ho. I said na it comes to having different perspective for decoding things.

I've watched this without any prejudices towards characters or actors. All 3 of them were new to me. I may as well have different understanding of characters as I've watched this show's 700+ episodes in one go.

I agree with you but Sai virat realtionship was weird from point one because I agree and accept that what Virat said that please trust me during Shruti track to Sai it a was just fable but when you look at SaiRat relationship as Whole

Virat can't walk his talk himself

Virat reacts to any man that breaths near Sai in such a toxic way

He expects Sai to trust him but he himself behaves like this possessive Monster and character assassinate Sai everytime she is near a man

so the relationship from day one didn't appealed me at all

Any unbiased viewer would hold the same opinion . His actions towards Sai can never be compared to what Sai would do in haste and impulse.
