many actors have become who they are by simply chipping away at it, day in and out, working hard and just showing up everyday to work, learning with discipline and keen interest.
Ayesha is in that category too. she isnt a complete natural, she isnt too out there as a personality. but she works hard every day and is interested in the whole plot, in every aspect. she is well read. she observes people. she is articulate. she is grounded. and she enjoys her job.
she takes cues from actors and reacts. she also is able to deliver what she is asked to do.
imo she just needs to work on skillful networking post ghkkpm because that will be the difficult part. breaking the image of Sai, finding a good role - not necessarily as lead but finding good parts, memorable cameos even so that people recognize her, she remains in peoples memory, and they want to see more of her. and she can continue to keep learning.
She has shown that intent even with side gigs like photoshoots, MV etc which are to build her profile. she picked to do a bold photoshoot with drastically diff themes and a MV as a solo lead to show her facets. she needs to keep doing more such things so that people see more of her and industry folks will think of her when ghkkpm is over for different kind of parts. she has the "look" in terms of her figure, height, facial features etc to be a good fit for many kinds of roles. and she has a strong hold on hindi too. she can ace it if she is cast in a show where she has to pull of a bhojpuri, marwari, haryanvi accent etc also. she can deliver.
The lifespan of TV actors is limited as a "lead" and Ayesha started a little late too. but there is more scope if she accepts parts that are solid cameos in various genres. because that visibility is important for TV actors.
shes clearly likeable offscreen too, so now she just needs to be in the right place in terms of landing more gigs post ghkkpm.
