But again, her whole history with Surrogacy, the circumstances of her marriage with virat will make things go against her under morality scale. Legally, she might be entitled to Vinu but morally she fails!

Thats why I want the adoption to be illegal (2 year clause not met) and if they had backdated the marriage, the marriage itself is fake. In that way, she has no rights on Vinu or Virat. She is no one.

Are you sure? In USA adopted parents are as good as biological ones. Humanity in adoption trumps over biology. But I am sure, there will be a deliberation on who has more rights. And given the past, Pakhi will squarely lose it.

Sai and Virat have equal rights on Vinu. I dont know if mother has more rights legally. If she feels threat to her child then she can obviously take him away, if the child's father has no objection.

Agree Sadhika. Under current circumstances, P has rights over Vinu. She adopted him along with V (apparently her husband). So no one can question her rights on that aspect.

But as an adopted child it becomes more of a concern and a more probable reason to raise a complaint in her name. In case of adoption, the treatment of the child is a matter of scrutiny. And P's actions falls under the premise of questionable behaviour and treatment of the child. And in such a case, adoption itself can be nullified. What makes it complex then will be V being the biological father. As his wife P can again stake claims. But if she is a bad influence on the child's mental health, the biological mother can then put forth her claims.

Also like you mentioned, if her past crimes are brought out, along with the current behaviour she definitely stand the chance of losing Vinu.

Coming to her behaviour with V and Chavans. Again like you mentioned. She acts like she solely owns Vinu. Something in contrast to her initial behaviour post leap, where she would ask V to include her in Vinu's life as she is the mother. This was because it seemed like V adopted Vinu and thorugh that marriage for adoption she became the mother. But now her whole attitude had changed. She feels she own him and has indisputable and wholesome claim on him.
