Yeah i think he gives birds eye view... how long to stretch and cut. Where should romance come, angst come etc. But he doesnt know how to write plots to fit his vision. So he takes writers help. He takes the base story or evolved story and tries to fit his vision.

May be That mismatched BK's reaction after sairat x lizard was for this scene? !!

As I said Virat gives that vaada to her only because Pakhi threatened to take Vinu also with her. 😂 Both Bhavani and Virat are being highly diplomatic. 🤩 Vinu won't leave CN but Sai can definitely live there and try to win his acceptance. 😉 Ek teer se do shikar. 😆

If you see Nitu, Pakhi has rights on Vinu because of adoption.
If she was married to Virat and adopted Vinu together, she is the mother.

But what makes it not so simple, is her terrible history with vinu's birth.
If she is truly changed, she can atleast share the kid with Sai. Like Sai is doing, that is just.

But she thinks she owns Vinu. Virat is his bilogical father too and Vinu is the son of that family. She cant uproot him. Sai had different reasons when she took Vinu away. She was scared about her son's upbringing and her husband, kid's father let her take him away. No one but Virat could have stopped her then. Because he is Vinu's father. He didnt. So she took him away.

Here, Pakhi keeps threatening to take Vinu away. Okay, she can take him away if she divorces virat or if virat agrees as in Sai's case, or she feels threat to him from the family.

But again, her whole history with Surrogacy, the circumstances of her marriage with virat will make things go against her under morality scale. Legally, she might be entitled to Vinu but morally she fails!

Thats why I want the adoption to be illegal (2 year clause not met) and if they had backdated the marriage, the marriage itself is fake. In that way, she has no rights on Vinu or Virat. She is no one.
