I think he's faking his illness to get cured by Sai. Expressions se wohi lag raha hai!

Frankly speaking, I had expected a scene where Virat will fake illness to visit Sai in the hospital but expected this after his marriage with Pakhi breaks or they get divorced, not this soon lol. Though this scene looks so cute but it looks so wrong too. 😆

Anyways, as long as we're getting popcorn worthy entertainment let's just enjoy. 🤣
