see the court system in India is not always fair . A lot of times things don’t go as you feel it is right because of lack of evidence

Infact truth is always fought very hard . And justice delayed ..Sai filing the case on grounds of illegal surrogacy , virat supporting patralekha in this procedure then hiding the matter of identification of Vinayak .. are correct things to be fought over in court .

Yes but when these issues will be raked up in court .. it’s there in written records ..that Sai has charged virat n patralekha for illegal surrogacy.. now the family has taken it back .. koi nahi it’s there ..

Patralekha n virat will fight as adoptive parents of Vinayak but they cannot wash away the fact that Sai is the biological mother of Vinayak ..

patralekha can never send a legal notice to sai .. that this is my son ..max she can blackmail virat n the school authorities

Sai as a biological mother has the right to her child ., and patralekha will have to prove her mental sanity to show she can be the custodian of the child .. at any time if she shows insanity .. Sai can always send notice

If Sai had the child .. virat being the natural father can give notice ..patralekha or the Chavans will never have the right ..

Adopted kid tumhari jaagir nahi hoti .. the rights can always be taken back .. if it is shown you are molesting the child , financial in capabilities

From a natural parent .. no court can take it away only the other parent ..
