I feel V will partly hear it... will file some document to have rights on Saavi... or simply threaten Sai for legal adoption route and that's why Sai gives him the conditions on paper and asks him to visit on weekends.

Vi🐀 might have taken Savi with him, picked up after her school without telling Sai. That would possibly make her super angry. She can then reach out to DIG asking to help her locate Savi and also decide enof is enof and its time for ground rules.
