Without FIR how can even Virat the great DCP can even put Sai in redemption ....how can he do this....this is like kidnapping... government employees doing kidnapping by following DCP order....Sai should surely put this openly and punish them ...

V is in a powerful position...his subordinates will not question him...it happens in real life too...cops misusing their power.

He cannot file an FIR of kidnapping...that will be absurd. Mostly, he will put false charges.

That's what I meant. They're showing opposite things. When a powerful cop misuses his power, he'll never go for FIR. Here, we see Virat mouthing dialogues of FIR along with Pakhi...what is the basis of FIR?

There's a difference between police complaint and FIR.
