On a serious note, it feels like they are making this show as typical Ekta show, aisi Madness usi ke show me hoti hai....

Sai will probably take Jagtap's help because she doesn't have money to hire a lawyer and these lawyers don't take cases against Virat, they didn't when Pakhi was in custody that's why she'd have no option but flee from the custody

Good things

1) Pakhi is not involved in this

2) Virat and Sai are at forefront

How will she file complaint from jail and to whom? First, she has to prove herself innocent because if she filed a complaint, Virat can submit a petition in higher court saying she is doing it to intimidate him into backing off

Sai's financial and social condition is such that she has no money and no backing, she needs someone to hire a lawyer for her, I am counting on Jagtap as a lawyer
