It has to go to courts .. get an official divorce .. fight for custody .. whatever happens atleast Sai won’t be labelled as a Souten .. Can't you just give her some respect has your child mother.... Try to bond with your child .one side you want your child happiness and on another side your taking her happiness by making her mother sad..

Exactly this is going to happen if sai really gonna approach law
