another problem with KD was that it took RK "freeing" Rono and orchestrating things for Rono and herself to get WW and Emon and Rono to reunite. Thats pretty sad and insulting to a love story. That Rono had no realization of just what made Emon leave him...and both of them didnt organically come together by choice but had to be pushed by others.

But in ghkkpm Sai is not only berated but unlike KD whole family is against her too, V doesnt understand her, and PP who is like a million times more criminal than RK ever was- if she has to be the one to "free" V for Sai-V to reconcile, it'll be just so insulting to everything they built Sairat up as. Iss seh accha they can go fore realism and show her solo journey or finding a new man and end it at that point.

And nothing will ever excuse the way they have shown V behave in terms of - barely searching for Sai, giving up so easily and then literally no grieving for Sai, and till date not one FB where he remembers the extremely harsh words he threw at her....he says he is guilty that he didnt stop Sai but its still essentially with the subtext of suggesting that Sai was wrong to walk away but he should have thrown away his ego to stop her perhaps....but the point is Sai was right to walk away. She walked away only when he BROKE her with everything he said in "anger". Sai literally felt as if he was suddenly speaking what he really felt about their relationship and that revelation shocked her so much that there was no scope to stay back. she initially wanted to leave because of PP and that was 100% valid but she actually left because V broke her and that was like the cement to solidify her plan. it wasnt even him bailing PP, it was what he said to her- the words. orphan, home breaker, compromise, burden. And the fact that his guilt for a potential PP related majboori will supersede his guilt at what Sai went through before her presumed death is extremely sad.

When she was alive, he didnt stand by her. When she is dead, he cant stand by their memories and the love.

The criminal gets away and he doesnt even feel guilty for the right reasons.

the execution is going haywire with this show

Well thought out post ❤️

I watched only the first episode that you mentioned in the new light ....will watch others when I get time

But there are two things that seems to contradict this theory - one, why Virat gives a patient hearing to Ashwini's plea to settle down with Pakhi in a normal marriage- if it was fake, I would expect him to get up & leave or to downright reject it..not to nod his head when Ashwini says you are husband-wife in the eyes of law. And second, he seems like he has registered Ashwini's argument as fair..and tells Pakhi that he is ready to go to Maldives. If he is in a pretend marriage for her sake, why would he give her hope like this?

Since I'm always interested in knowing Leena's vision, it is interesting that the doctor says that Rono caused RK's condition. It kind of ties in with the creatives thinking of Pakhi as a "victim of circumstances ". I've never hated Pakhi until surrogacy track....she was just weird to me. The whole Virat keeping Pakhi in CN always felt odd to me - I didn't understand both Virat & Pakhi's POV...so I kind of let it go. For example, I didn't understand why Virat wanted her in CN - she could have waited for Samrat's return from her parents home. And why did Pakhi agree to voluntarily put herself through all this - if she had no agency, I can understand her POV....but that was not the case. Did she perhaps believe that the reason for Virat pulling her back to CN was due to his residual feelings - although he claimed to love Sai...because let's accept this guy kept pulling her in and didn't maintain boundaries with her. Or was it that after a point she got so sucked in her feelings & heartbreak that she wasn't able to let go? I remember I was mighty pissed off when the one time Pakhi made the healthy decision to leave CN & wait out Samrat's return at her parents home - Virat went to her home & brought her back...that was so insensitive.

Jo bhi ho, illaj ke chakkar mein pakrat bhar bhar ke milne wala hai atleast as non physical couple .

Jhelna padega

.

Due to Pakhi 2 obsession she may try to pull Savi by playing father card as Virat will sleep with P.

Think he was egositic as he got suspended. In that rage he abused Sai and got P back . And BK s pressure and P s mom called.

Very well thought out and explained!

But I don't have faith in Vankar & co to execute such intricate plot or even deal with mental illness in such sensitive way. If they care about mental health so much they wouldn't show the kind of toxic behavior they think is normal. Also 7 years of faking marriage just to treat someone's mental illness is too much, she could've been treated and gotten better much faster if institutionalized.

Only thing I do have faith in is Mrs Bhatt's IG caption of dark past/history for her supposed happy family picture. She didn't use the tag virakhi either. Someone who's 24/7 desperate for attention wouldn't have written such cryptic and safe caption if she wasn't aware of her onscreen character's future. Remember how she promoted her onscreen pregnancy? So yeah something must be there tying these two in a marriage but don't think it's that dark.

In KD, emon points out to rono before leaving that him enabling RK delusions is not helpful to cure her. And if they show a plot around mental illness in such an irresponsible way to suggest that people should cure delusional disorders by enabling it- its not acceptable. As a medical professional I will cringe so much more if they justify that V marrying pp and making her a mother was "medically" required! Thats another sensitive issue that they will do poor messaging about just like surrogacy, infertility, depression/suicide etc. More ibf complaints can be filed for inappropriate representation of mental ilnness.

Staying around an unhealthy obsession isnt good. From the get go it made no sense that V wanted pp around him-Sai even in Sam absence. she was already ridiculous but the only time she made the right decision of leaving he fought hard to bring her back. He did the same with bail too. There was no reason to "bail" her out himself. But he did and he called her family and said she already got her punishment - but all she got was few hours in lockup. So he's constantly a pendulum, attention seeking and soft on pp for no rhyme or reason. The person he should loath is the one he keeps on giving chances. He knows how horrible and cruel she is more than anyone! Shes told him her intentions over and over...

yes this is the confusion. But with Ash converstaion, there is restlessness too. He wanted to explain something but unable to. He tells Pakhi clearly in the room that their expectation is 'wrong'. May be he wanted it to be a secret. Even in the first convo with Ashiwni, he said 'this' (the whole sai's death and their euqation) is causing pain to Pakhi. which he believes too. thats why he is helping her. He himself said to Pakhi-2 in the bedroom the prevous night, holding her hands that he doesnt want to give 'taqleef' to her knowingly. He acknowledges all that. But he never said he married pakhi directly. With ashwini, yes he nodded his head. Could be something that he told them. But everytime, Pakhi talks about being wife, he flinches. SBS also hinted in their segment but it being fake, so it kind of bolstered my assumption. I could be wrong. I am living in this bubble for now.

@blue. He is not giving her hope. He is getting her wishes fulfilled so she will come out of suicidal zone. According to KD, thats what doctor asks him to do. trade some pleasures till she is out of that zone. Once she is strong enough, she will accept the reality. I know it is weird but thats what is there in KD.

Virat's only motive to keep her in the house intitially is to preserve her for his brother. He was not allowing her to move on because he thinks she will find happiness with Samrat. Later when he found his happiness with Sai, he thought she will too find it from Samrat. He is only going by his experiences. Pakhi's attraction for him is the strongest feeling. That he didnt realize. Pakhi is not very mature and weak mentally. People are different. Her impressions of him are deep rooted. And she was not willing to let him go! it is her consciosus decision to marry sammy to be around Virat. So she already made her mind up on Virat, not samrat when she entered the house. She would have come back eventually, even when Virat did not go that day to get her back.

He should have let her go at some point, but he was sucked into his own owes by then. If Samrat had not returned, Virat would have eventually asked her to move on.

Virat's vaada is definitely the biggest culprit. It got cleared only when Pakhi decided to move on with samrat. He created another vaada kind of link when he made her surrogate. now he is paying for it. In a way, he is responsible for her misery. Though it is she who triggered the events in her life, Virat didnt stop when he had the power to.

See this is not Vankar's originality. It is in KD. Only thing is that there it was shown over months, here they extended it over 5-6 years. thats why we have to see how/why they married. there are too many ifs and buts. Her taking the medicine and him insisting has some significance.

Yes I agree, it is insensitive. They have to give proper reason for this bipolar behavior. In KD too I felt werid that the doctor would suggest him to fulfil her desires. But they wanted to get her out of suicidal zone. Here I am not sure what they will show

Again, they might take completely different route. My prediction is based on KD and how Neil as Virat was acting around Pakhi.

Also, the absence of Sai's photo on 13th day does suggest that Pakhi has some issue with her photo. missing the photo on tervi is a huge thing!!
