But then once they know that Sai is alive that marriage becomes null & void or Sai can file a complaint. Basically Pakhi can't call mera pati unless Virat divorces Sai & marries her again. Sai shouldn't move in CN in this situation though. She can be Nagpur & live with Savi & Vinu. The way Vinu is don't think it has done him any good living in a joint family with theoretically so many people to take care of him.
