Pakhi is antagonist so she is supposed to do such things.. The point is whether the law of protector addressing her crime.. Sai as a doctor should NOT allow her to carry their child because she knows all the consequences..

But again... Sai was not present when this happened. So even though it was not her consent, she will not go to the point of aborting the foetus just because the surrogate is not her choice. That's an even bigger crime and neither is Sai the kind of character to do this.

The only option for Sai is to accept whatever has happened. She really has no other option.

Look at it this way, if in a classic case of mistaken identity, if SaiRat embryo was inserted into some other woman and not P. Would Sai abort the baby?

The point is P is not her choice but P is medically fit and not legally. It's a very tricky situation.

V agreeing even half heartedly and under emotional pressure is still wrong.

This stealing embryo seems a good point. If we can quote some law on this.

Pehredaar Piya ki glorified child marriages. They had some lovey-dovey scenes between a child and the FL. That was a major red flag to be brushed under carpet.

One thing is new complaint.

The other is the reply/ appeal to ibf after star gave us their reply, that we are unsatisfied with their response. What we want is reassurance that they will change the plot to at least punish PP bigtime and pp ki mummy, bk and V will be made to repent. Their response doesn't indicate that they have understood our problem. And we are not looking at one episode to raise a complaint.

Ibf only allows you complain about 1 episode and atar responds saying dont look at single episode. We are looking in totality and thats why we are pissed. We know what they have done and thats why we are protesting. If we felt confident that PP would be punished and go to jail we'd wait and watch.

This is a big jalebi where they dont hear audience pov at all.

Honestly these complaints and all should have happened in shruti track itself. Police officer hiding a nexilite is bigger crime than surrogacy. Instead they made every character in the show hail that police as if he did some noble thing. They wouldn't have got excuse to say statements like we projected that was illegal but ml was helpless bla bla like they are doing now. Because in shruti track from dig to fl no one called out virat for his crime. Instead he got reward for it. Atleast in surrogacy they have the justification that we showed surrogacy rules through sai character. Female lead getting denied of basic rights like food is domestic abuse. Fl accepting such abuse by saying I deserved it is very very problematic. Fans should have protested strongly during this shit track. Instead they all waited for lead pair's so called confession. So makers understood whatever crap they show, fans will accept it. Shruti track was the worst thing that happened to the show. Though kd was a regional show, they showed fl filing case against ml for protecting a nexilite's wife.

Points we can make :

No official contract signed by patralekha.

Pakhi is not eligible legally.

Pakhi was not the chosen surrogate.

Pakhi harmed the mother and mislead the chosen surrogate and spread false information about surrogacy.

IPS officer trying to convince his wife for surrogacy with the illegible woman, despite her stating the laws.

Illegal surrogacy taking place in front of an ips.

Law protector breaking the law.

No identity check, no proper process followed by pakhi to become the doctor.

Fooling doctor to become the surrogate by not revealing her true identity (doctor turned blind).

Careless, improper hospital staff not checking and confirming the person and things.

Surrogacy being done with pakhi despite Mother not wanting her to be the surrogate.

Did not take mother's consent.

Mother was simply asked to forget the matter by her ips husband.

Stealing of embryo.

Surrogate mother having wrong intensions and planning on not giving the mother her child.
