These are two different things. At the most kya karenge, scene ke neeche disclaimer daal denge but scene rakhenge zaroor.

We need to have our expectations straight. What do we want from complaints? Removal of scenes, change of track ya just to let them know our displeasure.

It is a fictional show, and people to whom we all are complaining, take it at the face value. But yes, if everyone is lodging a complaint, I will also do so just to add for the numbers.

I think my expectations are quite low. 😆. Honestly I'm writing to keep the complaint going.

They might tweak the track. They may not remove the episodes.

They need to create scenes between the leads so that this is addressed between them. Virat needs to admit that he overstepped the law for his dream of a family with Sai. Or Sai needs to bring it up...and he should respond appropriately.

Even now, what they could do is bring the truth of Geeta before him. That would help.

They cut off every avenue..kadam died, he himself is not interested. Now its already the next phase...hostage drama.

I am totally with you on this. I am also writing to keep the complaint going. I mean there are some who are passionately fighting for it. Toh a bit of contribution from my side 😆

Strike while the iron is hot and right now the iron is hot. TRPs ka bharosa nahi. You never know when it will drop.

See we cannot do anything about the 'singular episode' thing... Because thats how IBF takes its complaints. The format is such that. You need to mention a particular episode in the complaint.

And that's the loophole SP is using. The track overall is problematic but we can only complain about particular parts of it because the content has to break some clause/law laid by IBF and BCCC.

Like for example, P going after V is morally wrong because he is her devar but it's not really a crime until they actually get physical or anything while he is married to Sai. That would be a crime depending upon whether he/she is under duress or its an EMA. At this point it's only ethically wrong, nothing criminal so holds no argument as far as I understand. P has only shown intentions however wrong they maybe, but until and unless he or she actually acts upon it... Kuch nahi keh sakte.

Elska can throw light on the adultery aspect.

But in this track, V breaking the law by agreeing to P as surrogate inspite of knowing she is legally unfit is a crime. Similarly, P mentioning her intentions that she won't give the baby is wrong as per law. They will justify this too as 'for the sake of larger than life drama' but it will still be a complaint valid enough (i feel) because they did not show that you need a court order ascertaining the parentage and custody of the child born through a surrogate. And her saying this, goes against the basic premise where the surrogacy is allowed only for altruistic intentions.

This is the basis for misinformation, a factor IBF accepts as valid.

So I feel we need to keep this pressure up by pointing out such factors in different episodes and filing fresh complaints everytime so that it doesn't look like we have accepted the lopsided response.

We can stress on two points

1st virat actually said he had no problem with be P the surrogate.. When sai already got geeta

2nd stealing embryo without the consent of the mother. That's a crime..

Pakhi is antagonist so she is supposed to do such things.. The point is whether the law of protector addressing her crime.. Sai as a doctor should NOT allow her to carry their child because she knows all the consequences..

IBF being corrupted makes me feel disappointed.

The audience filed regular IBF complaints for 'Pehredaar piya ki' but it was a colors show.
