Haan... When P went to manipulate Geeta dressed as doctor, she fed wrong info to Geeta and her husband. Then P mom called or P connected her or something... But P mom pretended to be someone whose DIL was a surrogate and helped another couple and then the couple filed a case against her DIL and she is now in jail.

Total lie ofcourse and she was worried later that P made her do this.

I'm not liking him in this track either but he has given pakhi a reality check multiple times in the past, even if he did so in private. I agree. I sometime read posts & then see episode & wonder if I am seeing same show or something different. During Shruti track Virat made clear to her that only one for him is Sai & I didn’t find anything odd in his behavior. Actually once he tells her that we have to behave certain way in public as we are pretending to be spouses but don’t show any care when we are not in public.

He has told same to Pakhi multiple times.

Right now he thinks Pakhi has moved on. He has seen Samrat & pakhi when things started improving. Samrat himself told him they have. Not sure if people here are married/ married for considerable time but men see things differently. They are not that perceptive & mostly things as black & white. Don’t read between the line but take things as told. For Virat he loves Sai, has no feelings for Pakhi. & it’s ITV. For him he considers Pakhi similar to Karishma or Samrat/ Mohit/ Rajiv interacting with Sai. He does look little uncomfortable when Pakhi mentions hug. Pakhi advances before he could add further & he feels happy to see Sai hug her instead. He also looked disinterested walking with Pakhi to doctors office & his face lit up to see Sai.

I think Sai post confession trusts V but doesn’t trust Pakhi & knows she is psycho who can misuse the situation.

This is my view. Virat is imperfect in many ways but looking at many men around me even though his actions need improvement it’s not completely believable.& this is ITV where FL has to be smart which means ML has to be dumb

This happened twice in the episode today. Also, Karishma is smiling but Sonali is not. Infact, the way she said moongdal today was really cute.

Post anniversary he held on to her words "kaisi anniversary or kaisa rishta"

Post fake divorce he held on to her reaction that she even thought of divorcing him...

Now he is holding on to Sam's words that P loved Sam and P is cleverly using them because clearly Sam to aayega nahi sach jhoot batane.

When V is in that mode, he doesn't listen to other POVs or is even ready to ponder over it.

Ashwini and Sunny has tried that many times.

Sai herself has tried that... But unless he hears the words clearly or something happens... He is not receptive.

The same thing is happening right now...

He believes P had moved on with Sam and was happy. That night trip post during Malhars death and Sam's dying statement in the car are the only truth for him right now. He won't see what Sai is telling him until he himself sees it clearly. Tab tak he will keep on favouring and trusting P.

The reason some of us are pissed off at this is V knows about P more than Sai. He has smartly hidden what P told him in cafe, he knows she still mops about him... Shivani bua ki shaadi tak she taunted him about the vaada. Post Sam's death P slapped Sai and wished for her death.

How and why he shouldn't he use his brains to think of all this and be okay with P being surrogate raises the question whether he is sensible enough??? He knows P doesn't like Sai or Sai doesn't like P. How can he believe that P suddenly cares about Sai and that she has no ulterior motive?

Acchha forget for a moment that he doesn't get it but he isn't even ready to accept what Sai is telling him so clearly???

He is supposed to be an IPS officer, he has training for exactly this. To study body language and read between the lines.

Moreover this is a man who changed his name for his wife, waited for her consent for consummation but doesn't wait for her consent for the surrogate??? Kaisa majak hai ye?

P.S. used to be a SaiRat fan.. still am... But V disappointed me the moment he agreed for P to be surrogate. That's a huge betrayal that's never gonna go.

It would have been better if it had happened behind his back. Or he had stopped the process till Sai comes.

Theres a difference between being dumb and bring more trusting/less perceptive.

He has a really uncomfortable history with pp.

She has literally told him she wanted to elope with him.

She has treated Sai really really badly.

Even during Sam's death she only blamed Sai but NOT him.

She has gone WAY overboard in her enthusiasm to be surrogate despite seeing Sai's hesitancy and unwillingness and if she truly had good intentions, she'd back the hell off or work on convincing Sai instead of V. Sai lost the baby. Shes infertile. So if she was genuine, she'd work on supporting Sai.

Who finds a purpose in their life by having another's baby?! At least adopt one for you to raise!

And then most importantly, Sai is telling him- she foes NOT trust pp, she feels uncomfortable, she doesn't want it.

Even after somehow coming to terms with a completely illegal surrogacy she is telling him that she does not feel comfortable with pp's behavior.

Yet despite ALL this, he trusts pp over Sai's word, Sai's instinct even though Sai is his wife and has a track record of being correct in her assessment.

he disregards everything Sai says to publicly call out his wife for being "stubborn" in front of pp and family. He decides to give in to pp and bk's wishes. He was cool going in for a private checkup with pp as if he is accompanying his wife. If Sai wasnt there, wouldn't everyone assume pp-V were a couple. Would he be ok if Sai was pregnant and in hospital with another man like that?!

How is he cool with pp saying she feels "uncomfortable" to take Sai along or have Sai be her caretaker. That child she is carrying is Sai's. Sai is the mother of that baby. Sai is a doctor. Yet V stayed mute na.

how can he not sternly reprimand pp for trying to keep Sai out of the things related to HER baby.

If he really loves Sai then irrespective of whether her insecurities are valid or not, he should be allaying them. Not feeding into it by dissing her opinion.

And even during entire shruti track he blew hot and cold. Not one second he considered how Sai would feel to see him call himself anothers husband and sign as one. See his name on a kids birth certificate. She gave him MANY chances to explain. He didn't care. Till date we didn't get s scene where he apologized for everything she went through during Shruti kaand and afterwards with everyone blaming her and his own behavior.

He told Shruti to back off and how he loves Sai only to eventually complain about Sai to the same woman, villanize Sai, allow Shruti to hug and kiss him and profess her love without getting mad at her and snapping, pushing her away.

He does the same with pp. Tells her he loves Sai but then when things between him-Sai are rocky he loses all control and lets pp to speak in personal matters.

Pp revealed after child's miscarriage that they were sleeping separately. That was highly inappropriate. But v barely registered it or called her out. . he may be nonconfrontational but all these things should be registering subconsciously as alarm bells for any normsl person but not for V..and he is ips by occupation. What a joke.

To me V is completely indefensible.. Sai may have forgiven it because now she has a baby to focus on and she just wants to have a happy family but as an objective person watching this exaggerated tv show, V has time and time again failed at delivering on his tall promises and so called deewanon waala pyaar.

Was having a baby SO important that he could violate his wife's consent and even the law over it?!

And now after forcing Sai by emotional manipulation into accepting it because "baccha" hai unka, now he disregards her every fear and insecurity with utter callousness. Not even an emotional conversation where he holds her close, reassures her that no one will ever take her place, how much he loves her that it does not matter who is interested in him or not... Nahi. Just a cold, curt- oh you started your doubting again! Like seriously is that how a husband behaves?!

Not one emotional conversation about how Sai must be feeling inadequate, incomplete as a woman, in self guilt after all the name calling. How she may be struggling watching her enemy being the one to experience pregnancy- morning sickness, quickening, birthing, breastfeeding....

And despite all this we are supposed to believe that he loves Sai and has no soft corner for pp. That he is just too bhola, black/white.

People don't hate on V because they enjoy it, or because they hate NB and wanna troll him. People hate V because he is inconsistent and lets us down everytime we have expectations that he will rise to the occasion.

Having such a dumbf**k ML has destroyed the whole show, has destroyed Sairat and makes every other character look stupid too.

And there can be no defense of how insensitive V is. Hadh hoti hai.

And the makers could at least show a rajeev or Ashwini or ninad talk sense into V to see Sai's insecurity but even that wont happen.

He uses 1 or 2 chances to give big big dialogues about supporting his wife but as soon as a situation actually arises when he needs to deliver, he spectacularly fails.

I fail to see the difference between his concern towards Sai and towards other women. He reacts with the same amount of grief, shock, pain or concern about a shruti n a pp that he does for a Sai. So whats the difference. How is Sai special to him?!

V is an insensitive, selfish , stupid prick. He is utterly bipolar. Some people always rise to the occasion. He is the opposite. He ahways falls . And that is a fact. Thats not unidimensional hate. Thats how the character has unfortunate been portrayed by makers.

That’s the problem with makers or V characterization. They don’t give him word to describe words to express displeasure against P esp in public but just hand movement or mild brief facial expression. When Pakhi says things against Sai he doesn’t usually object in public. He does it very subltely which only he can get. Where as with Sai he expresses it very clearly.

That’s why you see him objecting to Sai doubting Pakhi but not when Pakhi going back to her old or true version badmouthing Sai insulting Sai.

It is seen in men in real life too which of course is exaggerated on ITV to create drama & make FL look better & stronger.

By actions it looks like he is living with Sai just because he married her. Because there's very less shown between them so viewers can't connect.

He has no morals that's for sure. More than him the people in his house have no morals for sending both of them together everywhere starting from Ladakh.

Situation is just like how it was before Sam came back.

Since this lady doesn't have any partner now, they are always going to show Virat oscillate between both of them i feel. Else why would the kill sam so early. Could have shown him missing.

Henceforth Sai can never say Virat belongs to her.

He will always try to shift between both of them. That's my opinion.
