The issue with Thorat is that what strong reason does he have to be so against Sai right since Day1? Has she done anything wrong? No. Is she threatening her position? No. She is just an intern who is eager to excel and every organisation has such interns. He can not be even called strict or taskmaster because he only showed hatred towards Sai when he had the chance to save her a bit. Taskmasters don't do that. People who have vendetta do it. So what vendetta does Thorat have? Nothing?
Sai does a lot of things in josh. She is lauded for that but josh doesn't work every time and everywhere. She has been called doormat because she keeps quiet on a few matters for a few months.
