I think this entry is for bluff, they didn't even yet shown the consummation plus they're shooting just one two day before the telecast & nurse has most probably has started shooting, seems like it's something related to Sai's internship coz even in epi Sai said that from tomorrow her internship might start, and Ayesha was shooting in normal clothes while all other ladies were decked up, so most probably Sai will miss or might reach late for the Haldi kumkum due to her internship & then drama will follow with taunts & all, that's what I feel, Surrogacy if coming will start from week after this week!!
