his family were troubled .. .. Kaku got hospitalised.. his parents faced trauma… the house atmosphere for the last 4-5 months was horrible so why shouldn’t he apologise ..

He clearly comes of as very unlikeable .. and NB has acted quite nicely it’s difficult playing such grey characters..

so many in the forum dislike him and many are in favour

wheras I don’t like they made Sai so white ..

The question is, are the writers treating him as a grey character...their narrative seems to be that Virat was fighting against the whole world protecting two innocent lives...that Virat loved Sai a lot but Sai broke his trust by suspecting him. Every story can have multiple interpretations..depending on who views it..

Sai has been reduced to a typical starplus bahu who puts her harassing in-laws before herself...there is certainly no logic/consistency in Sai's character arc right now. Virat himself might as well be a case of confused writing....an attempt to make a romanticised/idealized version.

No I feel they are deliberately creating him grey ..

See Sai kept on saying sorry but he is still not forgiving her .. his mother too.

Then they give him a loaded line .. where he calls his family and tells them I have forgiven you .. .. and I was not wrong .. you were mistaken .. it was certainly not a heart felt apology ..

his apologies to sai after both her accidents were more genuine .. and they know to go further in KD stories .. he will continuously play with farz , zimmedari ..

they don’t want the audience to feel he is mahan … the story is just starting .. with virat 2.0

How was shruti innocent .. she left her husband and fell in love with another married man ..
innocent banana hota .. they would have made shruti call virat Bhaiya in private .. and virat calling her bhabhi

Is sai aware that shruti was in love with virat .. no she has not seen them together .. emon had seen them .. so she could guage it

Yup....Virat is grey. It is a complex character, his apology was also kind of patronising. It left me cold. Only his talk with his sub concious was good because he spoke about Sai as someone who mattered, rather than just doing samaj seva!

It is only Sai who can show him a mirror each time. Her influence over him is pretty strong. Yet Sai is vulnerable to him. So basically whatever he does, Sai will understand his motive and give in. At the same time, she should be able to tell him about her compromises as well.

She had seen shruti in the hospital when Rono had got shit .. and she had more interactions than Sai ever had so she got the vibe she’s interested…and I guess even shruti told her ..

over here Sai is living in lala land thinks her hubby is dudh ka dhula

Sai does not show him a mirror even she gives him a free pass easily ..

Right now she should have told him long ago where he went wrong

Yeah. Imon got to know her. I thought you meant Imon saw them in comprising position or sth like she saw Ronno with RK at times. I think Shruti told her in second part.

Lol I can't with Sai. Infact when Sada was trying seeing her the truth she was justifying without seeing with her own eyes that they were hugging although Virat didn't hug her back but he didn't push her away either. Makers degraded him so much then that blah reaction when he literally let her kiss his hand & showing her gratitude to him 😵

Btw what would makers do when all KD tracks are exhausted which will happen by this year? They gotta write new tracks to hold onto TRPs to continue running the show if TRPs are decent.

Totally Agree. There is no ideal couple. I wish they stop bringing out perfection when they are trying to show them as real.
