Or just a prop that makers are forced to provide screen space in every other episode?

If they really want to give her screen space, why in the world cant they move her story forward with Samrat instead of being just a eye sore and a head ache for us poor viewers. Please spare us. Its now beyond any limit of tolerance. Please decide something about this character Pleaseeee!!!

She is just a random not needed showpiece....we can't stand her but we have to tolerate her because of her husband....the makers needs to bring in a better person to play patralekha

She is that stepney that is never used but placed in the boot for emergency. “Koi nahi milega to yeh meri zimmedari. Kabhi kabhi TP ke liye bhi to koi chahiye”

Aata ithe Mama kon? Maybe Samrat can sing it. He has two mamas and two/three Mamis in the show.

The train starts with Samrat as the engine, coal tanker as Mansi Bua, coach conductor of Shivani Bua, and guard: Patralekha. Think and imagine! Coooooooo!

Well she is one of the leads apparently, which every article never misses to point out. Like this one recently;

actress Ayesha Singh, who plays the lead role along with actor Neil Bhatt and actress Aishwarya Sharma

That means even if nothing is happening in Pakhi's life her face will be shoved on us, for us to witness and appreciate her ethereal beauty and mind blowing expressions.

From the beginning - I always felt that it was Sai & Virat as the lead. It was always about Virat and Sai - one (Virat) who was raised in dysfunctional family and Sai who was raised by single dad, but give her understanding that you fight the "right" and you don't back down even if might hurt those near and dear to you.

Pakhi was someone Virat met and thought she might become his life partner, but it never worked, so bye bye to her.

From the beginning I had thought that Sai-Virat combination were good. Sai to help Virat with his dysfunctional family and bring happiness to his life - where he could be himself. and other hand Virat help Sai not be impulsive in her behavior with others - thinking before acting. I thought they could have both balanced each other.

But the writers copy and paste of the story ruined both Virat and Sai and now we are seeing this things with no connection
