I too lost the anchor of my life when I was just 15. My mother passed away within a month of being diagnosed with cancer. My younger sister (she shares her name with you) was nine. All we were left with was a father who was so busy that he didnt even know which class we were in or which school we went to. But we picked up, made new relationships..this forum was my surrogate family then. I took over my mother's account and started writing, my school principal discovered my skills and the rest is history.
Sai's story is slightly different. She was thrown in front of the CN wolves who abused her only verbally (thats a grace point) I visualized a track that she walks out of CN when Virat is accused of marrying her under coercion. He vents out his anger at her, holding her responsible for all his trouble. That day itself she should have walked out aur yeh sab kaand nahi hota. No need to turn saviour for Devyani or even Shivani. Apne kaam se kaam rakho. Hostel main shift ho jao aur dr banke CN ko bye bye keh deti to kya hota? woh serial nahi hota na...Emotional attachment was there for her since the day 1 of her marriage from her side too. Her husband never supported her, kept neutral throughout any dispute. Thats a plus point. Something in Psych behaviour that if you didnt say anything then, keep quiet now when I take things in my own hand. Keep sitting on the fence.
And how many times has she left CN? Or tried to? I think 6-7 times?

I am so sorry for your loss... losing your loved ones, especially your parents hurts the most, especially your mother who is the anchor of life and that loss can never be compensated... I hope you healed and could take care of your little sister...I am glad you found your passion and got your principal to back it up... Hope you and your sister are doing good.
See again ye serial hai... Drama ke liye they will abuse Sai any and every way possible. She could have moved out in Vitthal mane's case, or the best was she moved out after ousting and decided never to be back but then Virat got shot and she came back... Na hua hota, to she would have moved on long back. And ye to hai that she always considered him her husband, even in today's episode she said that she gave her everything to her relationship with Virat after Aaba left and Aaba's promise also played a role, she always was bound to Virat by that promise, to keep respect of aaba, his decision and his choice.
That's good that Virat kept quiet and had a neutral stance many a times but more than that he sided with his family who were abusing sai, or his babhi who was constantly insulting her and now his stand is for a woman he knows only for 5 days or so...
If she was left on her own after aaba passed away, she would have been habituated to live like that...the survival/ life skills kick in and if you see, she didn't need Virat in her life... In the beginning, she was financially dependent on him till the time she didn't get her scholarship money and Aaba's pension but after that it was more of an emotional bond and for a person like Sai, emotions matter most... She is one person woman... She invests all her emotions into that one... first it was Aaba, her only relationship left that time, now it's her husband, her only relationship left now.
