A genuine question

Why was Sruti calling Virat from the hospital? He took her to the hospital and got her admitted for delivery. And she just met him as a stranger 2 days ago (as per Ghum timeline) . She hardly knows him. Why would she call him that too during something as personal as delivery. If the doctor made her call him due to some emergency or complications, it would have made sense. Why is Sruti suddenly showing haq on Virat as if he is bound to support her? And she knows he is married too! The whole thing looks so weird !! Again, its Ghum - so logic has no place in the storyline

Because Virat named her mrs chavan (whether it is real or fake)

Coz she was unable to reach nurse, so she did only thing she could do then, call Virat and make him contact hospital and send a nurse to her room?

They showed in the episode that she couldn't call nurse therefore she called Virat. She can't call anyone else, she literally has none whom she can reach out to in a moment like this, she must be in too much pain to actually think that Virat's wife would think that Virat has sexual inclination towards a woman who is heavily pregnant, its not haq rather she is at his mercy

I also believe that a party is not as important as someone in labor

and to show Sai as a petty, silly, impulsive, untrusting wife. They want viewers to go what else does she want from Virat who is just a friend for her, she even badmouthed him in front of all and they didn't say a word. She being a woman can't understand the pain of woman in labor. What kind of doctor will she be?

But am glad they showed Shruti having valid reasons to call Virat instead of something super stupid that they usually go for. Maybe he will then shift her to the best hospital in Nagpur where Pullu works and Sai is student.

Someone should remember the fact that sai don't know that the woman in call is suffering from labour pain. She would be the first one to run if she knows about this. She is not antaryami to guess a person is in labour pain by just listening to phone call voice. It's not about wanting her husband to prioritise party over a labour pain woman. It's about her husband hiding things from her about another woman. And she is too angry and preoccupied to observe voice tone of the person who is in call.
