You know what, just...just look me in the eye and tell me that this entire baby scenario is not getting on your nerves.
Look.Me.In.The.Eye.And.Say.That.

My biggest issue here is the same that I had with all of the other Ghum's controversial incidences. They always have proper storylines, and start to go the right way and then do something completely ridiculous and ruin it all. This show is kinda confusing tbh. Not confusing, it is in itself confused. It doesn't seem to know if it wants to go on the usual path of itv serials or on the newly developed path of modern serials which show realistic and practical actions...to an extent. And so it just swings. On one hand, it introduced the talk of babies and showed SaiRat handling it perfectly and together, understanding that there is a generation gap playing role here and that they have to bear up against their constant pressure and in the end do what they feel is right for their relationship.
However, on the other hand, now it shows that the problem was completely different. In the beginning of this track, it was mentioned and was kinda obvious too, that the biggest issue here wasn't just that Sai and Virat don't share such kind of relationship but also, that Sai is in college. She is still studying and is not at all settled. She has her own field of work which she still has to develop. A person who is in such an unstable position in life should never be given the responsibility of something as big as a child. This thing was also addressed during the Harini track, and Kaku agreed to it, saying something like just imagine, Sai is preparing her child to get ready for school while she herself is getting ready for college. Pretty backward mindset, I know, but correct in this scenario.
But, now, it is being shown as if Sai's young age and her college were never an issue but rather the issue was only SaiRat's relationship. It is being shown as if once their relationship is on track, and they have confessed, then it will be perfectly fine for them to have a baby. But that is not the case. And what is even worse is that this thought is basically being shoved on our faces with the scenes like SaiRat looking in the mirror and beholding the look of them with a child and conversations like that of Ashwini and Kaku's which clearly show that their main motto is to bring SaiRat closer and then, bang! Baby is here!
And if Ashwini and Kaku's conversation is to show that Ashwini is just manipulating Kaku to make a clear path for SaiRat's unity and has no intention of forcing them to make a baby, then I would just like to say that Ashwini is getting way overconfident. Feeding Kaku's minds with these words that would promote her wish rather than trying to discourage is a plan that has the potential to backfire majorly.
But then again the maker don't really treat plot line up to their potential now, do they? So, maybe we are all fine and are just worrying for no reason, because, I might be wrong but I can somehow remember as scene where someone named Kaku was threatening someone named Mohit by saying that she will throw him out of the house is he didn't get a job in a week. Well, I am not really great at Math but I can say for sure that it has been a while since a week has passed.
But what do I know, because you know, who the hell am I.
Just in case, you were wondering.
Was I, even after so many times of being disappointed by them, still taunting the Makers?
Yes. Yes, I was.
Will I ever stop doing it?
No. No, I won't.
