I think he would be okay to do this and many more favours even if she was not pregnant with Sairat child. Sam is not there, irrespective of her having Sairat child or not.

So instead he could have done all those and Sai could have had her own child. Why make Sai infertile to show all this?

This is going to be worse than KKIS or an A movie I guess.
