For all of Ashwini's jhaap about how Virat shouldn't become another Ninad, and how Sai shouldn't have the suppressed, abusive life that she had, Virat and Sai are on their way to become the Ninad and Ashwini of the next generation.

It is true that Sai so far hasn't taken things just sitting back, and gives back when needed. But we can see this changing right in front of our eyes. All it takes is a few tears from the other end for Sai to forget every abuse and run back to her abuser.

The only difference would be Ashwini put up with everything in the name of helplessness and Sai will put up with everything in the name of love.

I totally hope Vankar shows some "maturity" and turns this into cautionary tale for people. Even nicest of people can get stuck in abuse cycle and yes, love is important, but not at the expense of being in toxic relationship where one is always taken for granted.

People can get over their heartbreaks, true love or not, people find new reasons to be happy or fall in love again. Also its important for atleast some ITV serial to show that marriage, children , husband is not the end game. One can have dreams and ambitions beyond that

Sometimes its best to accept that people are incompatible and it is okay to separate ways rather than start abusing their partner (given that this was recently introduced as another reason for divorce in India within past 9-10 yrs only).

Their relationship was not abusive. But it is completely toxic where one person is cheating her spouse blatantly. Pinning over someone while marrying to another is the worst thing any partner can do.

One basic advantage the prototype will have is education & financial independence for Sai in the longer run hopefully if she gets to complete her medical studies. And I hope she does and they won't go that regressive as even the original has her becoming a successful doctor & Copy/Paste plotline wise is zindabad here😆

So, even the family will have to shut up after a point about the gold digging comments because in all probability if she ends up as a successful surgeon/doctor she'll earn way more if she goes private with her practice & even if she doesn't she'll be financially independent for sure which will atleast allow her to walk out if things feel too unhealthy to her in the longer run.

As for affection, love, emotions being used to manipulate attachment one has for their partner it goes both ways & sometimes maybe is ok when used in an healthy manner. But Sai and Virat have a not so healthy attachment which they have miles to cross over to turn to healthy.

Similarly, Virat unknowingly is very undecided on his takes on patriarchy/old school thinking when things don't go his way. There are some things he cannot keep flipping his resolve upon w.r.t his family and wife if he wants his marriage to last mutually in a good space. Sai needs to learn to have patience to understand Virat when he needs his space and communicate in a not so attacking way when there are differences.

Attacking your partner's worst weaknesses never works for long in a good marriage! But more than anything Virat needs to eradicate the space he gives to his ex in his marriage, things can never move to a trustworthy zone till she's shut shop from interfering in their marriage. And anger turning to abuse is unacceptable, the sooner Virat realises and accepts this there stands some chance for a life long worth relationship between them.
