A line was said by Sai that if her Aaba was live he would never want her to live with a man who doesn't love her and don't respect her. Respect is something which is more important than love I believe. Because even if the opposite person loves you but doesn't respect you there is no meaning. And Virat fails to do so. When Sai doesn't listen to him he fails bad and hurt but what about Sai doesn't she feel bad when his ex keeps on targeting her all the time?? Did he ever tried to understand how she feels when his family always questioned about Kamal sir's upbringing?? If I had to chose between Samrat and Virat I will always go with Samrat that guy is gem. The two major moments that made Sai build a wall around herself are when Virat called Pakhi his life's most pyaari cheez in front of both & then him blaming her for driving Pakhi outta the house & blurting out the love he has in his heart for Pakhi.

I can very well understand where Sai's coming from. Those stuffs in the initial days of her marriage has been etched into her memories & got stuck in her mind imo. She might think even if Virat loves her rn he may have feelings for Pakhi too.
