Yeah it can be a divine ishara as according to serial to start looking at virat as her husband.., and her duties as a bahu in the house ..

Ofcourse she can have a baby after finishing her studies … but Sai has always considered her place in Chavan niwas temporary.., once they connect baby of hers with virat .., things become more intertwined for her with particularly ashwini and ninad …

I think before realising love, the hormones attack first in general.. Love baad mei aata hai yaar😆

For them to know.. Pt. will not say, beta you will have a rocking "it" life..You know right now both have given up on a married life..Sai had always never been up for it...But Virat was there..However now both have given it up so may be because of that , I guess to convey it to them that its a possibility...Had been an 18+ show, for sure there would have been other indications...BUt ITV and its limitations...To show that the couple has to progress physically they bring in baby talk 🤣

I think it's to indicate the change in relationship to a more 'married' one with a physical relationship. Sai has never thought in that direction. From what I have seen and understood Virat, he would want her to finish her studies before having a baby.
