His own mom stays with his Dad. He has even forgiven Kaku, his Dad and Omi, then Pakhi’s wrong doings are not as bad as theirs. Will Samrat disown them if he comes to know of the truth?
I think people accept their partners as they are. Some people change or get influenced by their partners. So there are high chances of Pakhi too to change once she starts to live with Samrat.
1st para - I agree.. Virat forgave his dad, Kaku and Omi for their criminal behavior too.. though Pakhi is a psycho.. as far he is concerned, he never knew her committing criminal acts.. so he might still want her to have a shot on normal life.
2nd para - I would not generalize, these are exceptions.. if everybody could accept their partners as they are or change by getting influenced by their partners.. there won’t be marital problems or there won’t be a need for divorce. Mostly people tolerate their partner’s flaws and transgressions out of their fear to live alone, blind love, kids or societal pressures.
IMO She has crossed the point where she could have been saved by love and good influence. May be some day she will get some self awareness and choose to help herself by approaching a psychiatrist and get appropriate counseling.
2nd para It was to say that Virat will be thinking that way: I think I have combined my I think and the next few sentences together 🙈.
I don’t deny that not everyone can accept their partners as how they are. Not everyone would change too. That is why I had mentioned that they will have to give a try and decide later even if they want to part ways.
Even good influence wouldn’t be of help with some people. But Virat wouldn’t be thinking these but will only be looking at it positively, with some hopes.
He is also no one to judge Pakhi or disregard her to not be a right partner for his brother. He has himself failed a few times, how would he be able to judge her? I don’t think Virat is a person who would reject as a suitable life partner or his brother. He wouldn’t advice or list out her flaws to Samrat for him to take a decision if he has to live with her or not. Also, the elders of the house has always accepted her. Why would his mom or Shivani or Mohit empathise with Pakhi. They have also been against her and stood with Sai. They have also seen what all she has done. He must be thinking that if there is something really wrong, elders would have raised it and would be informing Samrat about it. He has always felt that Kaku was the one who keeps them all together.
Most importantly he is not a person who would think if she is fit enough to be someone's wife or not. He can talk or raise issues if she pursues him even after all this but not about her nature or her past deeds.
