Difference then and now

I'm not saying Virat was completely right in what he did today.

But I certainly don't see him repeating his mistake. No one will agree. And it's okay.

Last time, he didn't tell Samrat that he loved Patralekha. Even after Samrat asked him, he lied that there's nothing in his heart.

This time, he told Samrat what's there in his heart. He has moved on. If his relationship with Sai was not strained right now, he would have also told him that he loves Sai now. What he did not tell him was not his truth to tell. It was Patralekha's decision which he did not take on her behalf. All he can do is give advice and that's what he did.

I agree. He told his part of the truth and left the rest to Patralekha.

If Patralekha did not want to give her marriage a chance,she should tell Samrat openly about her intention to go to the cafe and what did she tell Virat there. Otherwise she should keep quiet and accept her marriage.

He is being selfish...He wants his brother in the house.. Also thinks she he is anyway leaving, it might help Pakhi..Since Samrat is a good guy and Pakhi never actually got a chance... So he ignores her vileness and in his mind calls its distress and confusion.. He is also a delusional man that way...

He thinks by being with Sai, realising her goodness, how easily he fell in love with her and also understood that what he shared with Patralekha was infatutation, similarly Pakhi will also follow..Virat does not think from other's perspectives.. He is that man and that's established...He thinks if things worked for him, it worked for others as well.. And he does not learn from his mistakes as well.. I am hoping the whole drama of locking in the room does not happen.. the good point about Neil as Virat is that he conveys Virat's feelings...SO he kept on looking at Sai as well, while explaining things.. And he is upset she misunderstands him.. So he is bit angry and yet cant not look at her while presenting his side...Since they used a BD one wont know the exact transaction, but I am happy the editing was not bad..

In all this I cant see Sai like that, trying to explain to her self, ready herself that Virat does not want to be around her and then get back to thinking he is sacrificing for his brother's happiness..

Regarding Samrat, well he wants a relationship with Patralekha, he has not seen how vile she is, so may be he wants it...SO I guess its not Virat who is forcing him, manipulating him but Pakhi and her beauty. Virat wanted Pakhi to talk Samrat herself and clarified his stance there.. SO yeah that's there..

EVen Samrat spoke good about Virat, Badshah did not, not this early..Samrat meltled, Badshah did not..SO yes thats how it is.. Virat now knows Samrat wants to stay back for this relationship so he wants it to work that way.. He is good friend in all this and he is still seeing Pakhi as a lost case and not a vile woman.. He tries to understand the reason behind everybody's unpredictable/bad behaviour , but not his wife Typical husband EGO!

His look to Sai when Kaku mentioned man mei khot hota toh kya ye dono batate, infuriated me...He planned not to tell and that's a fact...Had Sai not seen him, he would not have...But the sweet talker he is, he evaded the conversation there.. He shows his smartness when he is stuck🤣🤣

Also he should not have brought up Shivani's divorce when he talked about hand hold.. And it was coming out from the person who doubted his voice after being told many times that they are friends, before and after the incident. Here Pakhi and him are not mere friends. That makes him come across a hypocrite.

Also have an issue, with how he said "Taaki hamare baaton ko galat tareeke se dekha na jaye" looking at Sai...After what Pakhi said to him, can he still call out Sai for finding something wrong??🤪

In all this there is a family who rejoiced at the Bahu being assaulted, abused, character assasinated now wants the other bahu of the house to not be insulted. The members who rejoiced a husband wife breaking up, husband throwing his wife out, talks about how issues should be resolved between a husband an wife by talking.. Brilliant Vankar.. Brilliant.. Atleast in original the members were disgusted.. especially Ninad and Ashwini... and also Mansi!

Agree. He told his part of truth. Who's he to talk about Pakhi? She should be the one to say the truth. Not Virat.

Virat is not someone on a pedestal. He is flawed, but he learns.

He thinks more than he talks.

He prefers for things to happen organically rather than be the person driving them.

And he always balks at speaking anything unpleasant, hence his admiration for his wife.

Today, time and again, I saw his eyes seeking out the person who has changed him single-handedly.

He spoke again and again how Sai gave him courage to "speak" the truth... while he has been an honest officer, he hasn't been courageous enough to be truthful in life... he never lied, not by choice, but he is guilty of innumerable omissions.

And he knows this.

Virat of today is not the Virat Chavan of Chavan Nivas... neither is he the Virat Samrat knew or Pakhi fell for.

This is Sai's Virat Sir... Kamal Joshi's Virat.

And his family is slowly realising the changes in him. And by family, I mean Sai too.

Sai too hasn't realised how much he has changed.

Samrat's words today struck her deep... she will keep hearing them in her mind.

Virat never ran. He stood by her. Always. Even when he was wrong and she was wrong, he never ran.

Virat spoke his truth.

He left Pakhi's truth to her.

It is not his call to make.

He hopes that the reality of marriage will change her as it did him.

He has faith in Samrat's goodness changing her the same way he changed due to Sai.

I liked how he said 'Patralekha, Pakhi..'

He is her friend.

And he is not going to bring in false formality and make it artificial.

Virat cleared everything today.

Calmly, with dignity, keeping his priorities in place.

Sai and Jeeva.

Nothing matters more.

And now, he is taking himself out of the equation, to give everyone space.

I respect that man.

He still has hopes that with Samrat's love Pakhi will move on and fall in love with him.

Virat iss a man full of flaws and always is misunderstood although for his fault as well. That's why i love their story , couple full of flaws and gradually progressing towards their better journey. He has improved a lot from virat chavan to virat sir.

Well, that is an interesting take to discuss.

Definitely agree that he is majorly flawed as a human but do human's fall in and out of Love with someone on well meant advices and intentions?

Just like he can't think about going back to P ever again because of his love for Sai how does he assume that things would workout for his friend and brother because he thinks they are good/mature individuals capable enough to handle the situation by giving their marriage a try when the woman involved is confessing of undying love to him. The intentions are not being questioned, the ability to recognise something so grossly wrong on one side of the marriage is the question.

He, of all the people needs to realise that Love cannot be done or undone through what other people tell you is good for you.

I'm not bashing Virat here at all, just thinking out loud.
