Probably shocked because a day earlier, bhabhiji was yelping like a wounded puppy begging him to accept her love and saying I love you hamesha and now she is all set for new shuruat with her pati.

raaton raat mein yeh chamatkar kaise hua🤔1 day ago she was crying & humiliating herself that she is in love with him & making plans of future suddenly she says giving a chance to samrakhi,its definitely a shocker for not only virat but sai too🤣

I don't think makers are that made to make virat jealous from samrakhi because he was the one who was hell bent in making their relationship to give another chance. It is just as a shock because of such quick changes in pakhi which both sairat never expected.
