Virat changing the name to say pp's full name seems deliberate because he never calls her that. It seemed like a conscious effort on his part to call her pattharlekha in front of samrat which could've been a good thing to build distance and show that he has moved on. Infact he should call her vahini. But unfortunately he went right back to pp n now he is also going to go out to cafe with her. Fantastic. And he knows it'll affect Sai. Because thats why he is immediately going to say- how you perceive this is upto you when he sees Sai in the cafe. If roles were reversed n he saw Sai out with aniket/ajinkya, he would be jealous but Sai of course in his eye is being unreasonable when she gets uncomfortable seeing him with his EX. With his old flame. Like i dont understand his logic. I find it very hard to empathize with virat. I feel bad because we know hes a good guy who meant no harm. Things happened. But I just dont understand how he expects Sai and Samrat to be cool with his past with pp so easily. Itnaa easy hota hai kyaa?! If he was in their position how'd he feel. Would he be able to let it go if Sai's ex boyfriend was in their life 24 x 7 just coz Sai said - no we are just friends now. If he found out that Samrat had a fling/infatuation/past with his wife , would he be cool with Samrat?
How come he doesn't understand the issue. And wants them to forget everything just coz "it was in the past". They need time. And they need to feel secure in their respective relationships. How will Sai let it go when she feels insecure all the time. She is seeing pp pining after virat. virat says her information is "outdated" but virat cant be bothered to clarify to her either.
When he doubted Sai over ajinkya despite Sai saying theres nothing between them he couldn't let it go immediately. Why? Because his insecurity was deep rooted..
