If he wanted Virakhi to get married then he should have sent fake reports of his death and not just of being MIA

OR

he wanted them to have a Bhawani-Ninad type relation or even worse an EMA in the garb of a Devar-bhabhi relation?

I fail to understand how his supposed absence was going to solve the tricky situation

On a serious note, yeh saara khandaan apni mamma ko kuch nahi samajhta...how irresponsible of samrt to leave mansi in such a situation...kya parvarish hai C niwas mein bacchon ki....no one cares about mothers...Viart ke saamne ashwani ko koi kuch bhi kah leta hai...samrat apni aai ko chod kar hi chala gaya...devi to apni aayee ko gandi aayee hi samajhti hai...😡....and they say unki parvarish is kini acchi...Sai ki parvarish per sawaal uthate hain....😡 😡

He knows his mother would have the full circle of the crazy Chavan family to support her. He assumed after awhile they would think he was dead and PP and Virat would marry. He only came back when Sai told him to face PP and he realized that Virat got married and was not pining away for PP. Yes he is insensitive and extremely selfish to not consider his poor mother, but the man comes back to his room to have his suhaag raat and hears his wife screaming that she loves his brother. That’s really gotta do something to you. He probably left so he wouldn’t kill them both!

Anyway, I don’t know what his plan was exactly, but if Samrat being back means PP is as quiet as she was most of the episode today, then welcome back big brother; don’t ever leave!!😜

He never analyzed the situation before taking the action and that was the real problem. He was angry and upset so he wanted to go and hide.. its like burying your head in the sand and thinking everything is alright. He might have thought that he may remain hidden, so that in 2 years Pakhi can get a divorce based on him missing and the family can wait for 7 years when the government would declare him dead.. But why did he want to put his mother through hell to punish his brother and his wife.

Now he comes across as a selfish idiot who mercilessly put his mother through such agony for a lady whom he know for 2 days and his brother, whose betrayal went unconfronted. He also deserted the army, which makes him a desh drogi as well.

They could have made him really MIA...to be found after a year

Anyways, he left to join duty one day after his marriage....that was sufficient show of heart-break

Or killed off his mother in the 1st episode....anyway she is MIA most of the times

Atleast we will not hate him for leaving his mother without informing...

Or have the exact same scenario, but atleast now deciding to take his mother along with him...
