There are three victims of that vaada :

Sai - she is suffering because of Pakhi interference in her personal matters as well as the torture by the chavans and pakhi.

Samrat- he suffered becoz he was unaware of the love story before marriage unlike the other 3.

Mansi bua- she is probably the biggest victim for me because of that vada and her son's decision she suffered the loneliness of her only son and lead a miserable one year far away from her only son.

Samrat is also in some way a contributor to this mess. He deserted his family just because he was betrayed by his brother and wife. He could have stayed back, confronted them and divorced Pakhi if he wished to. His marriage was so short lived that it would have been an annulment, not even a divorce. He literally met Pakhi a week before he got married to her. People come out of such situations with time.

Sai knew about Virat's past before getting married to him. What she didn't know is that she will have to live with his past under the same roof and face her constant taunts and accusations. That is why she is the biggest victim for me.

Sai and Samrat are both victims. In fact, Sai is a bigger victim than Samrat. That poor girl didn't have much options and had to concede for marriage. Also she didn't have any idea that her husband's past will be living with them under the same roof and torture her at every chance. Samrat, on the other hand had an option to confront Didi and Virat and put an end to that sham marriage. Instead he took the coward's way out, abandoning his widowed mother because of a woman he hardly knew. Ok, he took a decision in haste. But why didn't he come back after few days and put his mother out of this misery? What he did was utterly selfish.

What exactly did Samrat achieve by staying away for so long. His mother is living such a miserable life because of his one wrong decision. He might have wanted to punish his wife and his brother. But the only person he punished was his widowed mother. Just imagine Mansi bua's plight. Waking up everyday, dreading what news she will receive about her son. No mother should be put through such pain.
