Given his role...the character Virat is the weakest in this show. That's not how a male lead should be. He is so inconsistent that this might be the first show that I've watched where I don't feel anything for the lead couple.

I feel all the other characters in this show are mostly justified given their respective roles. But his character arch is plain disappointing.

This is the difference between blind fans of Virat and blind fans of Sai. We are never proud of his mistakes like people are of Sai’s mistakes. We never claim we are proud of Virat for throwing someone out because his wife betrayed his trust. We the blind fans criticize him for his mistakes and pkawse don't tell me defaming someone’s character is acceptable and is less of a crime.

Hold up. Sai knows about virat pakhi and the feelings they have for each other and the deal marriage hasn’t been nullified because virat hasn’t clarified anything to her so how exactly is she defaming him when she asks them to acknowledge their feelings for each other?

Exactly. She confronted him with straight questions. If he wanted he could have cleared by now. But he runs away from confrontations and thats not her fault. If he was articulate about his love for Pakhi once he should be the one to clear it as well. If her straight questions went unanswered why shouldn’t she assume Virat still has feelings for Pakhi? If he isn’t clearing his past that’s his fault. She will gauge from his actions which mostly goes like staying silent when Sai is abused by Pakhi but the min Sai opens her mouth he will ask why are u doing Pakhis beizzati. And let me add : flirting with and wanting to kiss or touch (romantically) a young woman IS NEVER an indication of love. Ladies, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise and never settle for this, respect yourself ❤️

I don't know. Initially his character was ok. But it all went downhill since he came back to his crazy family with Sai. He is too dominating towards Sai when he is angry and too submissive towards his family. He lets people trash talk about his wife and mother till date!

There's just no improvement in his character. He makes mistakes...sheds tears... emotionally manipulates the person in front of him in forgiving him...and repeat. That's happened like twice or thrice I guess. That's problematic behaviour.

Hi..We interacted in the past, so I'm genuinely curious. Where did you find sai to be defaming virats character ? As far as I remember, she rightly called out the way pakhi held his hand and was behaving with him in tamasha scene. Don't you think the haq pakhi was jataoing in that scene was crossing line?

I found out the way virat called sai as mentally more damning and unfair during that scene. Who calls someone you like/love mentally sick infront of people ?

Virat and pakhi do share a weird relationship so we might give the benefit of doubt to sai but what justified virat attacking her mental capabilities back then ?
