Hey Sia ..lovely analysis.. You know this song suits so much on Sai as well.. considering how her life had become so berang after her Aaba died.. There was no looking forward..So in a way she is also getting her colors back...Aishwarya was good today as Pakhi.. forgetting the previous episodes if you look at Pakhi today..one would feel bad for her...

I have one doubt here.. When after catching hold of Sai..Virat applies color on Sai..he does it with folded hand..muthi baandh k..so it looks that he did not actually touch her cheeks...specially the other side..Was it Virat doing or Neil..?

we discussed this in the morning.. what I get was he is giving Sai space (it’s definitely not Neil)

see Sai has been harassed earlier so this his whole touch thing becomes weird for her at times... virat is slowly letting her get comfortable with his touch..

I found it very sensuous honestly... it had this understanding to it! He understands her and respects her..... she accepted his touch by applying the color on his face..

This song is so beautiful and meaningful!!

Full of symbolism for sairat and the scene!!

The song is played when virat is chasing Sai to apply colour on her as a fun revenge.

The first sentence of the song shows the meaning of this, before this Virat only showed his playful side with sunny or samrat that too in private, this is the first time he is openly showing his playful side..

His life wasn’t necessarily colour less but it was missing that zeal and zest of living! With Sai he feels the happiest, their moments together which were only between them till today in their room, came out infront of everyone showing them how happy they are together.. Sai has brought that happiness in his life, the happiness and love is like different colours-

1. Red– This is the first color of the rainbow from top. Red signifies passion, vitality, enthusiasm and security. It is the light with the longest wavelength. And ofcourse love!
2. Orange– This light or color is a combination of yellow and red. It is a dynamic color representing creativity, practicality, playfulness as well as equilibrium or control.
3. Yellow– This is the color of the sunshine itself. It represents clarity of thought, wisdom, orderliness and energy.
4. Green– This is the middle color of the rainbow and denotes fertility, growth, balance, health and wealth.
5. Blue– This the fifth color of the rainbow which makes us think of the Unknown. The sky and the wide oceans are in this color and hence it has been associated with Spirituality and Divinity.
6. Indigo– It is believed that where Blue is calming, Indigo is sedating. Indigo is mystical as it bridges the Gap between Finite and Infinite.
7. Violet– The last color of the rainbow is a mix of red and blue. It is considered the highest element of spirituality. It can ignite one’s imagination and be an inspiration to artists. Dark tones of violet are associated with sorrow.

But for him even these colours look pale infront of her beauty.. her beauty is not limited to her physical aspects but for who she is! For him the biggest thing is that she accepted him for who he is, she has never tried to change him or force her opinion on him.

Sai makes Virat laugh even at the lamest of jokes, pulls his leg, teases him which is what he loves. She teaches him the true meaning of happiness! Her ability to find happiness in the smallest of incidents and things makes him fall in love with her!

He is learning to let go of the shackles of his old family values with her, learning to express his feeling openly (which aai pointed out that he doesn’t) laughing open heartedly infront of everyone and is not ashamed of what he’s doing because he has moved on!

Virat currently has an internal fight with his desire.. isn’t it common heart vs mind!! The heart feels something but the mind tries to convince you it isn’t true, this is exactly what is happening with virat, he knows somewhere that he has fallen for her completely! But his mind is yet to accept, that is his internal struggle and the war.. which will obviously end in his mind accepting his love for Sai!

The last line is the most beautiful for me-

His heart wants them to become one!(heart vs. mind)

While this line played they applied the color PINK to each other!

Pink is a mixture of red and white

Red is for love and white for purity.. together when mixed it translates to pure love.. pink defines care, compassion, nurturing. It relates to unconditional love and understanding. It is also a sign of hope. Pink contains the need for action of red, helping it to achieve the potential for success and insight offered by white. It is the passion and power of red softened with the purity, openness and completeness of white.

Pink is feminine and romantic, affectionate and intimate, thoughtful and caring. It tones down the physical passion of red replacing it with a gentle loving energy.

Through the song and the last line they are depicting his wish of becoming one colour like PINK which is a mixture of two very different colours but when it comes together it makes a beautiful shade!

The application also hold significance! Sairat don’t put a little colour on each other it’s handful all over.. it depicts how they are completely in love with each other, ek doosre ke rang main rang chuke hain!!!!! They stopped and admired each other while applying the color, it also shows how they moved on from the deal and accept each other with love.. pyaar se rang lagaya!

You are so right they have moved ahead from the deal and accept each other with love. I had a problem with separation coz i really found it worthless, but now that he has already realised his love for sai. The mere mention of cant imagine to stay with her is enough reason of love. But now this separation will free him from shackles of promise he made to u know whom i am talking about (post acha hai dont wanna take her name and ruin it).

We all will be crying but we are there in this journey from being unknowns to deal wali shaadi to being in love and there for eachother ❤️
