Some of the things that happens in NM that I read in forum are

1. Patralekha tries to kill Sai

2. Patralekha gets Sai jailed for a theft that she plotted with her servant

3. Kaku openly telling Patralekha to go for an EMA with Virat

4. Ninad telling Patralekha that she is the only hope of giving them a waris 🤢

5. During memory loss of Virat, another girl comes to their life, Kaku and Patralekha side her to seperate Sai and Virat.

6. Patralekha tries to get Sai kidnapped during her wedding anniversary trip

Given that GHK is going for Chavans violent track / criminal activity so early in the show, future seems worse.

I hate you Covid. Aur hope they dont get inspired by tamil version for such negative tracks, jo bhi ho abhi iske saath khatam ho.
