Establishing borders in relationship (spoiler alert)

Relationships are built using love and trust. But we should always draw lines in relationship. It is a way to pay respect as well. Though I felt Mohit can call Sai as Sai and not Vahini, some felt that it is a way to pay respect to the relationship. I know our culture and I agree with it too, but my intention was to make it look less formal between Mohit and Sai.

If that is how important it is and really means a lot, how can the makers forget what kind of relationship do these 3 leads have. It gets confusing beyond a point. Mix up of characters, conflicting emotions is fine but conflicting characterisation?

I don’t understand the need for Sai to bring up Pakhi when he said he didn’t have his food. Did Aai not tell her not to bring her name? Though she might be good at heart, right after her revelation in front of everyone, how is she casually bringing up her name.

Virat is also casually replying usse bhi jhagda ho gaya mera. Sai also cannot swing like a pendulum, has an issue with Pakhi and sometimes acts like she doesn’t have any issues with her.

I understand why she has issues with Pakhi.

Sai gets annoyed or angry mainly due to Pakhi’s taunts and double standards of the family when it comes to a Pakhi and other bahus of the family. Sai as a wife has started to feel jealous, gets possessive sometimes, then why are the makers introducing a conflicting character in her where she can take Pakhi’s name nonchalantly especially when they are talking about why Virat hasn’t had his food yet.

Virat started to tell how worried he was about her safety and they cut an important dialogue to talk about his food? That was also okay to show she was concerned, but about why Pakhi didn’t give him food?

If Virat is expected to draw a line with Pakhi, high time Sai doesn’t ask such stupid questions. It was valid only until the point when she didn’t confront them about the relationship even if she trusts him. Won’t she feel awkward or Virat feel awkward bringing her name like this? And how is Virat also answering usse bhi jhagda ho gaya mera? What are they trying to show us?

Just like a big blunder in timeline of the story, they are causing blunders in even establishing borders of relationship? Where is all this heading?

Is it all because of the fact that they brought the revelation track much ahead compared to the other versions? Was this dialogue there in the other versions? Does it mean they didn’t check if it will be of relevance here after the revelation? Isn’t it too absurd?

What do you guys think?

I think they were perhaps trying to show how "innocent/pure hearted "Sai is. Because the minute he says maine bhi lunch nahi kita, she hets concerned. And as much as she is possessive about him, she knows pp would definitely have brought him food. I also 100% agree and didnt think it was required to mention pp in the scene but i think the way ayesha said the lines, it made me as a viewer melt for Sai. Because sai as a character melts like butter. Bahut swabhimaan hai, gussail hai, impulsive hai- but 2 pyaar ke shabd se pigal bhi jaati hai. and hee reaction to virat mentioning not eating screams concern. She forgot to be gussa. I think that was the point. To show that she cares so much that she forgot her narazgi and hurt as soon as virat said hes hungry.

And i hope virat will reflect on his statement that he has no maayne in Sai's life because she definitely cares a lot.

Alta lagaya despite allergy, khana lekar gayi hospital, DIG ko phone kiya to make sure hes ok, naukri bachane keliye dig ke office gayi, agreed to go on ladakh trip only because he said "mujhe accha lagega" , brought pp back home because she "promised" him.

Everything she does for shivani, aai, mohit, devi are also indirectly because of him. Because they are HIS family and therefore hers too....

Maybe tomm when pp interrupts them we will see her possessive side where she asks her not to barge in without knocking. And hopefully virat will also speak up and tell pp to leave.

The revelation hardly impacted the two involved in the issue. Virat and Pakhi. Virat did not hesitate to reach out to her immediately after the revelation. Even if it is to say sorry,it is too clear that he did not bother to stay away from her. Yes. He snubbed her when she brought food two times but it was not to draw the line but due to his bad mood .

As for Pakhi,it did not take even an hour to brush off the whole thing and be ready with the lunch thali ,before him.

So whether Sai takes her name or not ,the revelation did not work that good to make the best friends maintain a decent distance.

Ya i wish it did though. I hope that we see some deliberate distancing of pp by virat through his words and actions. Not only when he is in a bad mood but also when he is just his regular self. Hopefully tomm will be the beginning where him/Sai both tell pp not to show up in their room without even knocking.

Yes. That could be a memorable moment if they keep that exactly like it should be.

We are giving too much importance to the superficial things. We are concentrating on the dialogues, not reading between the lines. We are taking everything at face value but it has deeper meanings.

We all are pissed that sai forgave him so easily but did we notice how sai melted just on the mention that he didn't have food since morning. One moment she was all angry about her plight and next moment she forgets her pain and is concerned for virat even if he behaved badly with her. Isnt it the enough proof that she is already head over heels in love with him.

And how upset virat is she deduce this thing from the fact that virat fought with pakhi. In her mind she believes virat loves pakhi so much that he becomes sad when he doesn't see her (she got this misconception from the episode where pakhi left CN and thats why only for virat sai went to apologize pakhi). So when virat says that he fought with pakhi then for sai it definitely becomes a huge thing and she gets his feelings that he is really upset about all the drama.

I agree bahut jaldi pigal jaati hai, all she understands is love and when they give that, she can give it ten folds.

I know what you mean, thought she did things for his family members, she was doing for him indirectly, subconsciously.

It is not the possessive side alone that I am talking about, there was no hesitance to use her name after such a big thing was exposed. She didn’t think if it would be okay to bring or how will Virat react.

Virat’s thoughts are also clean that he just answered the question casually.

May be that’s the level of trust when they are together and their bitterness is reserved only when Pakhi is physically I present. Virat also overlooked her revelation and answered her casually. But I think he didn’t want that topic to be dragged or get led into some other direction and that is why, leave all this, just forgive me.

@bold may be, I have anyway lost all hopes in them after watching today’s episode. Don’t have hopes. They will follow other versions only if it suits them I guess.
