This could only mean there was no love between Virat and Pakhi. Pakhi wants to “possess” Virat and Virat liked her but it was just a crush

It looked like he was attracted to Pakhi and misunderstood it as love. Also whatever attraction or feelings he had for her is no more there because he respects that she is his Bhabhi and also respects that he is married now.

And his feelings didn't change after the new girl entered his life as it looks. He is only now entering the love.

He started to like Sai, felt connected to her, used to feel proud of her, was impressed with her for many of her qualities. He knows more about Sai than Pakhi. He is not falling for a girl, he is falling for the person that Sai is, admires her. Sai brought out a few qualities that he didn't know existed in him. Sai never tries to impress people, not a people pleaser, he was always intrigued by her. Now once he falls in love with her, there can be a time it turns into hatred butbI doubt if he can ever love another girl in his life.

He hardly knew anything about Pakhi as a person, he knew superficial things, not anything deep about her.

From what I know, all that he understood about Pakhi was that she was beautiful, sophisticated, well mannered, soft spoken, independent, he comes to know she doesnt have a boy friend and her parents were coercing her to find a suitable boy for herself, I think that kind of impressed him that she was single at that age and was following her hobby and passion.
