You (like me) will always remain confused about him if you don't read the analysis in this forum. (jankiraghav is an expert in Virat psychology 😆). I also wonder how much of it is due to the writing. Virat is a complex character and it has to be written with a lot of skill - providing more scenes, background, inner monologues etc...which seems missing.

What I think is that he himself doesn't know yet that it's not a deal wali shaadi anymore and he genuinely has started liking Sai as a wife not just as responsibility. I think more than making Pakhi understand Sai is his wife, he needs to tell her that he sees her as his bhabhi now, the wife of his brother. She shouldn't expect anything more than friendship. If he won't say that she is just his bhabhi and a friend, she won't understand. She still thinks Virat loves her but slowly has started liking Sai.

He has accepted Pakhi as his friend but he doesn't understand that Pakhi hasn't accepted him as her friend. He told her a few times that he sees her as a friend but she doesn't understand because she thinks as he promised he won't love anyone else. That's why he needs to tell her that both are married now. He sees her as his bhabhi so she should see him as her devaar only.

Definitely virat is one confused soul.. he's still not completely aware of his changing feelings for sai, that's okay, it'll take time.

But at the same time he definitely needs to clear the air with pakhi, otherwise that woman will never know her boundaries and keep making the advances that she does and keep troubling sai too. He needs to draw the line. But sadly he's not doing so.

Sometimes even I feel like he's probably enjoying the attention or he's actually dumb to not understanding what pakhi is eyeing for. But I'll wait for some more time to decide.. first I'll see what his response will be to the suitcase thing.. and let's for a few more instances to decide if he actually enjoys it or not.

The major problem is the lack of monologue for virat.. we never get to know what's in his mind and his expression are often way too confusing...

I disagree.. I think Sai is strong enough to leave Virat if needed. She even told the elders that of Virat asks her to leave she will.. I feel Pakhi might also be able to move on if only Virat clears the air with her. His gol mol baatein are giving her hope and making her stay in delusion.

As for charm - I honestly don't think he is anyone's prince charming. He couldn't take a stand for himself and Pakhi and literaly emotionally blackmailed her into marrying his brother and in case of Sai - he expects a teenager to tolerate the abuse his family isp utting her through. We can attribute it to his upbringing, the joint family circumstance etc but that doesn't change the fact that he is literally a slave to his family - Even when they are wrong. That isn't charming at all
