I like to take the perspective that way, but at times i find Virat so confused ki ye kab kya karega samajh hi nahi aata. I mean you get flowers for everyone after you get upset with your wife's comment. If i dive into logically thinking, i do understand why he did that.
I thought, he got flowers for the whole family to show it to Sai that PP is just another family member. So, she needn't suggest that he should be doing things for PP in a special way... And, I think Sai even got his point, especially after hearing his "tum meri dost ho aur parivaar ka hissa bhi"... it was the first time Sai heard him answering her question in a "friends and family" tone. But I only wish he had said it directly to Sai -- spashthly -- when she mentioned it in the morning instead of leaving with a clenched jaw... 🥱
Also he was again clear to his Vahini this time (i had to rewatch the episode though to understand), he again said he does not forget his promises and you are my friend and part of my family. Very clear if someone has to understand. But then why was Vahini upset, just because he gave roses to his wife first. Why were you cribbing in front of the family, or was this a built for the bigger dhamaka that will take place when he tells that Sai is also coming along.
He conveniently changes his words from his vaadas and expects the other person to get attuned to the change in T&Cs of the vaada -- just like deals carry "offer can be withdrawn without notice" fine print. So, while he is interpreting his own vaada as being upheld because "Main hamesha tumhare saath rahunga" wala part is being fulfilled, Vahini is crying because he has forgotten "dil mein , zindagi mein kisi ko nahi aane doonga" wala hald vaada and made it "dost and parivaar ka hissa" for her 😆It was the first time he spelt it spashthly to her without showing any emotions of leftover love. Vahini, even in her delusional state, sensed it -- women's instincts are very strong. He also didn't have an ounce of guilt when he said it, meeting her eyes -- unlike his initial days of "I-am-going-to-cry" face wala sad "Paakhi" dialogues. So while she expected to guilt-trip him by cutting off even his explanation of giving roses to the 'wife', he didn't go that way and instead said, "Hmm.. kya fark padta hai... you are friends and family, here are the chocolates." She couldn't bring on any pretence in that moment in front of the family because she was indeed shaken by the cold response.
A question to vahini (writers as well), they were in love with each other (vahini still hasn't moved on), now they are best of friends (as what i have heard always), he cares for you etc... But who in the world asks for clothes to be put in one bag. Even husband and wife have separate bags. Why would you do that, was that being done only to make Sai jealous? To show that i still have some hold or right on your husband. Forget what Virat answers, the question itself is Cringeworthy, you discuss sight seeing, travel plans, puri itenary bol dete but ye kyun. What are you hinting? Either she is so obsessed that she isn't able to understand when she crosses the line.
Of course, I think she would want to drive home a point to Sai about how "they" are going together. It stems from her obsession because deep down she knows he has moved on and it's her last hope of getting a grip of what is slipping away from her hand...
I will still wait for the precap to unfold and also wait for your analysis tomorrow.
Pake nahi? 😆
