How can Virat still love Pakhi?

Virat might not actually love Pakhi but he does feel an infatuation, a connection to her. After seeing first hand, how she taunts Sai at every step, how she openly declined to wish good for her, how she was trying to sabotage her education and how she is generally always against Sai. How can Virat still feel anything else but contempt and disgust for her?

If we look from Virat's POV, Pakhi is this mature practical woman who has been wronged by him. He even request her to be Sai's mentor but what maturity is this to sabotage a young woman's dreams and career.

Whatever little sympathy I had for Pakhi is also gone after today's episode and I hope soon Virat also realises that let alone love, Pakhi is undeserving of his friendship as well

It seems like to me writers are refusing to show virat openly detest pakhi's actions in support of sai so early into the story, that's why they are instead showing virat treading the line of instead supporting sai against pakhi and giving passive-aggressive responses to pakhi's comments against sai. But already I see a disconnect from pakhi by virat, especially since pakhi came back to the house. Virat only seems to see pakhi as a friend and bahu of the house, and showing respect and care for her he seems to do more out of an obligation rather than instinct and naturally like he does for sai.

Well, the show is promoted like this, so forget viewers, even Virat, Pakhi and Sai won't be able to figure out this Ajab Prem ki Gajab Kahani.

Atleast 150-200 episodes toh dhikayenge with some or the other conflict by which Pakhi will still have hopes ki Virat milega, otherwise show kaise chalega.

By then hopefully Samrat will be back and story will move forward.

We will have to wait months before samrat is back 🤢 And even then pakhi will use him to be closer to virat like in the originals because she will feign wanting to give her marriage with samrat a chance only so she can remain around virat 🤢
