Exactly!! It would be an epic scene if Sai actually tells this to Virat herself, that "Agar mera sach bolna, aur apne self respect to bachane ke liye palatke jawab dena aapko immature lagta hai, toh main immature hi theek hoon"😎

Exactly!! Sai doesn't seem to care about ViraKhi's relationship. She just wants to know why Virat is shoving Sai down Pakhi's throat when she's clearly not interested, and also, I think Sai wants to know if Virat is really vouching for Pakhi to be her mentor, for her sake or for Pakhi's sake... and I'm sure Virat doesn't know the answer to this himself.

She is just not very happy with his immature-mature rant and how he thinks she needs additional help from someone who is not even qualified to be a doctor. Like how can Pakhi even help her prepare for an examination she does not know the basics of? Would have been a tad more understable if it was something to do with household responsibilities or something. Also Sai simply wants the blindfold to come off Virat's eyes - he sees Paakhi as being perfect, which aint true at all. Sai refuses to *follow* someone instead of being herself especially in an area of her expertise!
