This has been discussed before, but this is my view:

First of all, you cannot help who you fall in love with.
Second of all, you cannot help what you look like.

Knowing those two things, it simply isn't fair to tell Durga and Ranbir to stay apart. Ranbir has proven that he is a kind and loving person who cares about Durga. Why, then, should they both be punished simply because he bears a resemblance to Bhav, through no fault of his own?

Saras is not selfish or mentally imbalanced enough to be bothered by Ranbir. She has already proven that. She is only disturbed when she has a reason, like when Kajri was harassing her. Durga isn't the only one responsible for her sisters' happiness--Saras is too. She knows Ranbir makes Durga happy, and she knows Ranbir is a good guy now.

What I can't figure out is how Ranbir and Bhav have the same haircut and dressing sense. Why can't he wear different clothes and style his hair differently? That might help 😕
