suryakant was pushing the marriage b/c he thought bhav was a good person.
Suryakant thought Bhav. was a good guy.. Was his thought right? No. Bhav. has hardly talked to Suryakant, so how can Surya determine whether Bhav. is a good guy or not? He just assumed that since Bhav.'s parents were nice (even though they are fake) that the son is good. Just because the parents seem good, it doesn't mean their kids are good automatically, you have to know that person. And look at little Lakshmi, she knew about him all the time.. Did anyone listen to her? No. If they did, Saraswati wouldn't have been in this mess at the first place.
