I just wanted to get the written update.

I dont think that is the way to talk.
It sounded very rude to me.
Most people I have seen use capital letters but why on me.

I dont think they meant it in a rude way.
People are assigned to do updates and you asking for it, makes the mods do more work. They have to warn you and close the topic among many other responsibilities. Imagine if everyone asked the same thing? I'm sure they do, which is why telling everyone the same thing can be endless and tiring at the same time.
Just brush it off.

the person who replied was a dev team member of other forum and she asked you not to post in cap letters because it is not allowed as it is consider shouting at other members in IF which is against IF rules. As a DT she did right thing poitning it out. Also we can not ask for update and wait till it is posted. Many times videos are late and most of us do not live in India and wait for video to be posted,
So we just wait patiently till the update is posted rather than asking for it,
because asking for update and posting in cap letters both are against forum rules. warning levels are raised for breaking rules. So plz be aware of that in the future, also we do not keep such topics open. because forum is for discussing GKLB. i have pmed u. and I am closing this topic. In future if you any problem plz pm one of the DT rather than posting it here unless it is related to GKLB.
