December 25^th 2008 Written Update

Sid's mother comes to visit the Garodias to take Jhanvi shopping with her. Menka is worried hearing this. Gauri brings Jhanvi downstairs, and goes with them shopping. They go shopping, and while Jhanvi is admiring a dress, Sid pulls her aside and tells her he sneaked here to meet her. Meanwhile Gauri is confused not seeing Jhanvi, and sees her with Sid. Gauri tells Jhanvi that Sav called her home, and so she and Sid's mother leaves the other 2 alone.

Later Sid is driving Jhanvi home when their car breaks down. He goes to fix it when it starts raining. Jhanvi comes out to join him and 'Kuch Khaas' begins playing. They spend a romantic time together and Sid hands Jhanvi a gift. She opens it to find a snow globe inside and thanks him.

Ras and Kaj are in their house talking abt Jhumki. Rasili tells her that she has a plan they can use against her and explains it in mute.

There, Jhanvi reaches home and runs to her room with snow globe in hand. She falls on the bed and Gauri is shocked seeing her drenched. Jhanvi shares her happiness with Gauri, telling her she's never felt like this before. She shows Gauri the snow globe and goes on abt how happy she is. Gauri tells her nothing like that'll happen and that Sid doesn't know anything abt her past. Jhanvi drops the globe in shock.

Precap – Jhanvi begs Gauri to say she's lying… but Gauri tells that Menka was the one who lied to the entire family.
