Written Summary:
Jhumki succeeds in putting the reputation of the Garodias at stake when she announces to everyone at the party her true identity. Even though all are skeptical, Savitri still believes that in time jhumki will change for the better. Kajri and Rasili use every chance they get to instigate jhumki further against the Garodias. Gauri's rishta breaks cuz of jhumki, and the family is upset with her, except Gauri and Savitri, who still believe in Jhumki. Kajri and Rasili get nervous when Jhumki clears that she is not on their side and never will be. There, Rohan's mama-mami concuct a plan to get Laxmi out of the way. They feign remorse in what they did and Laxmi, following court orders, lets them stay in the house till they find another place, but little does she know that mama-mami have other plans for her. Mami shows fake love towards Laxmi who is unaware that she is being given slow poison by them.

I praise the way Savetri is trying very hard to change Jhoomki's ways of living by treating her very nicely but this is turning out without any results. it looks like Jhoomki is not ready for becoming a good person but has got some other plans in her mind. Jhoomki is not only rude and disrespectful to everyone but is also ruining the reputation of the family. Since the family has accepted her as one of them, I realise she have no cause for complant but to transform herself to a better human being. Savetri's performance is subtler than anyone in the family, but she stll surprises me with the vigor of her acting. Laxmi also proved herself equally formidable but has to be carefull about the slow poisoning that Mama and his wife are adding to her food and drink.

Well, Jhumki's entry has def brought an interesting and funny twist to the show... Every scene with her in it is really a treat to watch, esp with her comic zing! that she adds! Laxmi-Rohan track really seems quite typical and dragging, and its not quite as entertaining as the Jhumki track. Seems like the limelight has FINALLY decided to give Gauri a chance to shine, and she really was looking gorgeous when the Mehta's came to see her. Looking forward to Dev re-entering and maybe love blossoming between them? Well, we can surely hope!
