August 27, 2008 Written Update

Laxmi finds Rohan's address in his book bag and takes him home. She is stunned to see that his mom/aunt is the same woman who helped her during Karan's accident. She tells the lady how she found Rohan. The lady tells Laxmi that Rohan was not like this always but then tells her that she will tell her the whole story later. Laxmi then leaves.

There Durga is worried not seeing Laxmi home yet and calls the Garodia house. Just then Laxmi walks in and she tells Durga all that happened on the way.

At the Garodia house, the godh bharai is abt to begin. Kajri sits there in the middle while Niyati offers to do the aarti on her. Niyati walks towards Kajri with the aarti ki thali when Rasili pulls on the rug below so that Niyati falls. And she drops the thali accidently. Everyone there go hyper and Baa is worried and says that this is a sign of something bad to happen for the child and Kajri. Kajri yells at Niyati accusing her of wanting to harm the baby on purpose. Niyati tries to tell them all that it was an accident, but no one listens to her.

The ladies there all blame Niyati for this and Yuvraj comes ahead yelling at everyone to be quiet. He tells Niyati not to do the aarti anymore and not to be present during the rasm as well. Niyati is heartbroken and she leaves from there. Kajri is glad at the outcome.

Later Kajri and Rasili are in their room opening the presents. Kajri tells Rasili that this was just the beginning and very soon she will have Niyati out of her and Yuv's lives for good.

Menka comes to Sav's room to ask if she heard from Surya. She tells Sav that she wishes that she never switched the babies. Sav advises her to let the past be and to learn to accept the present situation.

Yuv comes to Niyati who is in her room crying. He tells her how disappointed he is with her. Niyati is hurt by his words. Kajri comes there and is happy seeing Yuv mad at Niyati. She enters in and tries to act nice and tells Yuvraj that it could have been an accident and that Niyati didn't mean it. But just like she wanted, Yuvraj snaps at Niyati again and accuses her of being jealous of Kajri and deliberately trying to harm her and her baby. Niyati stands there stunned at Yuv's words.

Precap: Rohan throws a tantrum for a toy or something and just then he looks on scared when he sees someone walk down the stairs with a whip in hand.
