July 22^nd Written Update

Karan is confused realizing that Menka had been meeting with and paying Rasik all along, and wonders the reason. Menka leaves.

Laxmi is in her room sleeping when she hears a knock on the door. She wakes up and is confused not seeing Karan anywhere. She gets up and goes downstairs, and is pleasantly surprised seeing the room completely decorated when she turns on the lights. Karan wishes her happy birthday and gifts a necklace to her. They dance while the song 'Zara Sa' from Jannat plays in the background.

Next morning, Laxmi and Karan come to the Garodia house and everyone wishes Laxmi happy b'day. Menka gives her a gift and Surya wishes her too. He announces that as usual on Yuv-Laxmi's birthday they will have a big party tonite.

Menka is in her room looking for the saree she was planning to wear for the party, and finds the pic of her daughter. She kisses the pic and wishes her a happy birthday.

Karan is driving home when he sees Rasik passing by. Karan begins following him and ends up in an alley. Rasik enters a house where an old lady is lying down. The lady mistakes Rasik for Suryakant and is glad to see him there. Rasik tells her who he is and she gets scared. He reminds her not to utter Surya's name in front of him. She tells him that she wants to talk to Suryakant and finally tell him the truth before she dies. Rasik tells her to keep her mouth shut just like it has been all these years, and she will be able to live a little longer, as it won't take much for him to kill her. He leaves.

Karan enters in the house after he leaves and the old lady again mistakes him for Surya. He tells her he's not Surya, but his son-in-law. She tells him she wants to repent her sins before she dies and she asks Karan to pass on a message to Surya for her. She tells him everything that night… about how Menka actually had a daughter, but Rasik paid her to tell him first, and so the baby girl was switched with Rasik's son before the Garodias knew anything. Karan is shocked. End.

Precap: Karan is in shock while the lady shakes him asking if he'll pass this mssg to Surya? The camera view is from the window, and it seems as if someone is watching them.

oh gosh .. raasik will probably hunt karan down before the message gets conveyed.

I bet rasik will be the one to kill Karan....ugh I hope he gets the death penalty
